Each mission is a paid 2-hour community outreach deployment. Mission types include:

How promotions work

Every verified completed mission is logged in your official VE record.

Verified hours count as community service documentation and corporate resume experience. Reference letters available from Institute leadership after 3 completed missions.
3. Earn Your Rank
Promotions are reviewed by CO-5 and above based on mission performance, consistency, and conduct. Rank is never given - it is earned.
